구슬붕이는 국화아강의 두해살이풀이다.

2. 상세[편집]

소용담이라고도 불린다. 학명 Gentiana squarrosa와 영명 Squarrose-leaf gentian의 Gentian은 일리리아[1]의 왕 젠티누스(Gentinus)가 처음으로 이 꽃의 약효를 발견했다 하여 붙었다.

꽃말은 '기쁜 소식'.
